Geweldig Appartement Met Zeezicht!

I would really think more than twice to stay in this apartment again. Positive: The location Negative: A nightmare to get the information about how to access the apartment due to a very complicated last minute deposit logistic. Late entrance / check in due to this but very early check out without any concession without having into account the issues that the apartment had at the beginning of the stay and we have to suffer without any compensation: no hot water to take a shower and an air conditioning device leaking water in the main bedroom. A big dead cockroach appeared in the living room to end the stay.

View didn’t disappoint, but wish the property had been sparkling clean and more nicely furnished. Positive: Spacious, beautiful view and large deck. Gift basket on arrival. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic items like tea, coffee, spices, oil and vinegar. Negative: Many stairs between street and property, even more down to swimming pool. Definitely not handicapped accessible. Extremely hard mattress. Iffy TV and internet. Condo needed a good cleaning, new towels, and grungy rug replaced. They said they would send cleaners, but we never saw any in the 15 days we were there. No change of sheets and towels. Had difficulty contacting hosts for initial access and departure. We were promised a refund for first night, but haven’t seen it yet. However, they did show up promptly when we informed them of a stash of cash and keys we discovered in a night table drawer.
